Exercise Hints

Spring is an excellent time to restart your exercise program. The most important part of this is finding the time. Mark this in your calender first. Select a specific time, place, type, and length of exercise. We suggest selecting a number of days or weeks to do this exercise. Set a reward for accomplishing your goal. Such as “I'll let myself go to a movie after I've walked for 1/2 hour 5 days a week for 3 weeks.” Remember, “Baby Steps” lead to long term success.
